What types of appointments are available at Flawless Motion?
How long is the appointment?
A central philosophy at Flawless Motion is that sufficient time be allocated to enable the therapist to fully understand the injury and the effect of the injury on the patients lifestyle. Treatment times vary from 30 minutes to 3 hours.

What are your opening hours?
Flawless Motion operates between the hours of 1 and 8 pm. Flawless Motion's commitment to optimal recovery also permits appointments to be made outside of these times by individual arrangement.

Am I covered by ACC?
Injuries that are covered under NZ ACC scheme will be part funded to the value set by the government. Additional charges for the value of the session will be met by the client. ACC will only cover injuries within the last year. Total body Assessments (Muscle balance) with be paid in full by the client.

What does Flawless Motion offer that is different than my local physio / chiropracter?
Flawless motion offers an approach that is innovative and dynamic. Video and Movement analysis can be incorportaed into treatment sessions to enhance treatment recovery. The staff at Flawless Motion believe in a holistic approach to their clients and will ensure that your recovery is personalised and optimal for your current situation.
Flawless Motion does not believe in the factory approach endemic to many clinics in New Zealand and all sessions will be of sufficient time to enable sincere one-to-one communication with your therapist.
Flawless Motion is about quality and investment in client rehabilitation, to ensure satisfaction for both the client and the therapist. Innovation, creative thinking and a dynamic approach are hallmarks.

Is it possible to get exercises e-mailed?
Regular email / video and phone contact enable athletes to continue rehabilitation work remotely. While this is not ideal, in some situations it is unavoidable and allows treatment to progress.
